The cable afghan
uses chunky (light bulky) weight yarn and is approximately
64" x 46"/163 x 117cm after blocking.
Tension:
Approximately 12 sts = 4"/10cm with 9.0mm/US13 needle
in cable pattern.
The basketweave
afghan uses an aran weight yarn (heavy worsted) and is approximately
62" long x 40" wide.
Tension:
16 sts = 4" with 5.5mm/US9 needle in stockinette
stitch
Technical:
Knit in with NO SEWING.
The
cable afghan was knit using Cabin Fever Northern Lights (100% wool),
Light Denim. The basketweave afghan was knit using Cabin Fever Aran
Tweed (cotton/acrylic blend) in Walnut.
