The following list of patterns have been used regularly for teaching by stores and knitting teachers over the past number of years.

Beginner

Children's Top Down Cardigans and Pullovers
Ideal for:
    - learning Top Down construction
    - increasing and decreasing
    - no sewing
    - knitting in garter stitch and stocking stitch
    - using circular needles back & forth for cardigans and circular needles "in the round" for the pullovers
    - using double-pointed needles
