prices are in US or Canadian dollars. If you are ordering from the US
or other international locations when you pay by Visa or Mastercard the charges will
be in US dollars.
Cheques
are only accepted for Canadian or U.S. customers.
Foreign money orders will be accepted in
Canadian dollars.

Fill out the enclosed order form and have your VISA card ready.
By Fax: (705) 326-9956 Fill out the enclosed
order form including your VISA/Mastercard information and signature.

Return
Policies: We hope you will be
happy with your order, however, if you wish to return your order, send
it postage-paid in its original condition, and we’ll exchange or
refund it right away. We are unable to accept returns which have
been opened or used. We are also unable to accept returns on patterns, books,
software or needles unless the merchandise is faulty.

We endeavour to fill all orders within 72 hours of
receiving your order. Shipping and handling charges, including
insurance, will be added as follows:-

NOTE - If you are
ordering only patterns, postage and handling is $1.00 for Canadian
orders and $2.00 for US orders. No taxes or customs duties are included
for any US or international country orders.
* Canada Post delivery usually takes
approximately one to two weeks in Canada and the US (depending on customs
clearance for the US).
** Canada Post delivery estimates are not
available for overseas shipment.
